Auraria Campus Event Services provides scheduling, event coordination, and event support for the historic Tivoli, St. Cajetan's, St. Francis, Event Center, and campus common and outdoor areas. The Auraria Campus has a broad range of venues that can accommodate weddings and receptions as well as information tables and soccer tournaments.

Our staff is here to help make your event a success. Initially they will take you on a tour of our facilities and review our policies and procedures. They will assist you with your seating and serving furnishings, audio-visual needs and offer suggestions regarding decorations, event signage and catering. They will also recommend and formalize the room set-up based on your needs, physical limitations of the room, location of the room, efficiency of usage, available furnishings, historic preservation concerns, and with consideration of adjacent activities.

The Event Services staff will develop your reservation agreement and serve as your official contact during the coordination of your event. Please call us to arrange for a tour or to make a reservation.

Tivoli Conference Rooms have wireless Internet service.
